MY COPYRIGHT PERMISSIONS

• Using my art as reference (learning how to draw) IF credit is given.
  
  "Tracing outlines": This should be for practise purpose ONLY, not becoming a cheap way of getting free art! Please note that paid commissions are never allowed to use in any way.

• Using my art for personal things (desktops, screensavers, etc.)

• Printing out my art for personal use
  (if you want a proper quality print, please ask me about prints)

• Drawing my characters (fanart)
  (please give credit whom the characters belong to)

• Including my characters in group pictures (fanart)
  (please give credit whom the characters belong to)

• Using my art for slide shows (YouTube) but ONLY if credit is given and only if you do not claim the art or the characters to be yours (e.g. "pictures of my character XYZ" and then showing my characters is not OK of course).

• Using anonymous characters as avatars, for roleplay, etc.
  
  "Anonymous" = unnamed, random characters I drew, that don't belong to anybody;
  If you're not sure about a character, please just ask me.
  I would very much appreciate giving credit.

• Using my art for PSP (Signature Tag) Groups (if credit is given).

• Using my art for anything commercial

• Using my personal characters (Tani, Savoy, Daiquiri, WeuUkoo Wolves)
  – for anything, especially not as avatars or for roleplaying!
  (drawing fanart of my characters is of course always very welcome)

• Claiming my characters were yours (or change their names)

• Pretending to be me! Please do not create accounts under my name (fake account / identity theft) and pretend to me be. I seriously don't want to be "roleplayed".

• Copying / Using my artwork without permission and without giving proper credit
  (e.g. tracing pictures and then claim them as your own creation)

• Using paid commissions (I did for others) in any way!

• Copying my characters / their designs
  (like just changing a little detail doesn't make it a new character creation)

• Uploading my artwork (original, unaltered) to galleries like Photobucket, MySpace, bebo, imageshack, IMVU, etc. See here why.

• Uploading illegally altered artwork of mine.

• Using my art for homepage designs / forums without asking before
  (as not every picture / character is allowed for use)

• Using copyrighted characters (belonging to other people or myself) as avatars / for roleplaying, etc. It's not your character, you don't have the right to do so. If you're unsure - please ask first!

• Using my personal user icons (of my characters) as yours.

• If you just want to show (unaltered) artwork of mine, this is usually always fine with me - but please note that giving full credit is required.


• Please keep in mind that tracing my outlines or poses shall be for practise purpose ONLY. Don't just blindly copy, but try to understand what you are doing. If somebody just copies my whole gallery, that's suspicious.


• If you don't understand English (or whatever language a picture is posted with) - this does not automatically give you permission to use whatever you want. Please get help from somebody who translates the permissions for you.
